What pages are in the search index
There are several ways to check which site pages are included in the search:
- In the Indexing (Crawling statistics) section. You need to log in to Yandex.Webmaster and verify your site management rights.
- Using the
url:query operator. To check the address in the search box, enter the
url:query operator, site address and “*”. For example: url: www.example.com *. You can also check the address of a particular page. For example: url: www.example.com *.
To get detailed information about the page (the date of the last page download, errors at the last download, and so on), use the Check URL status service if you confirmed the site management rights.
In some cases pages may be temporarily missing from search output, even though they are indexed.
To find out exactly which subdomains in your site are indexed, you can use query language operators host or rhost.
